A&H architects Inc. is currently designing a seven story 85-unit Apartment project in the city of Long Beach, an 82-bed Assisted Living Senior Housing in the city of Glendale, and a six-story office tower with a job training center and community service center in downtown Los Angeles.

Stuart Ahn has consulted on real estate developments which include a seven-story 252-unit apartment complex with 35,000 sq. ft. of retail commercial space in Koreatown, an eight-story 228-unit residential condominium complex with 43,000 sq. ft. of market and retail store space in Koreatown, a seven-story 87- nit low-income family apartment project (including tax credit financing) in Hollywood, and the Wilshire Gateway, a 260-unit affordable apartments project including 55,000 sq. ft. of commercial space located at an MTA subway station.

Stuart Ahn has led construction on several iconic projects in Los Angeles’ Koreatown, the 227,500 sq. ft. Koreatown Plaza, the area’s first major indoor shopping mall; and Hankook Plaza, a four-story mixed-use complex with medical offices and a retail shopping mall. He also managed the construction of the
award- winning Walnut Gymnasium and Teen Center, with two full-size basketball courts in the City of Walnut.
